November 2011 eine \u00dcbung des Gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffe Zuges der Abschnitte Enns und Neuhofen durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbungsannahme war ein Unfall beim Beladen eines LKWs mit Salpeters\u00e4ure (Gefahrennummer 2032) wobei eine Person verletzt wurde. Um die \u00dcbung noch realistischer zu gestalten, wurde von BI Baier Martin der Austritt des Gefahrenguts mit Trockeneis (f\u00fchrt zu Rauchschwaden die zu Boden sinken)simuliert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcbungsablauf:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Feuerwehr St. Florian wurde um 18:00 durch Florian LFK\u00a0 zu einem technischen Einsatz zu der Firma Hofmann und Neffe im Gewerbegebiet von St. Florian alarmiert. Kurz darauf r\u00fcckten das KRF-A, TLF-A 2000, LF-A, LAST und das Kommandofahrzeug zum Einsatzort aus. Vor Ort wurde der Einsatzleiter bereits von einem Fimenangeh\u00f6rigen erwartet und auf die Gefahr des gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffes hingewiesen, weiters wurden ihm mitgeteilt, das sich der Kraftfahrer des Fahrzeuges noch im Gefahrenbereich befindet. Somit ordnete der Einsatzleiter einer Personenrettung durch einen Atemschutztrupp unter Schutzstufe 2 Anz\u00fcgen (Spritzfeste Chemikalienschutzanz\u00fcgen) an. Dieser Trupp konnte die vermisste Person rasch aus dem Gefahrenbereich retten und somit der Notdekontamination \u00fcbergeben werden, welche bereits von der restlichen Mannschaft aufgebaut wurde. Beim Eintreffen des Gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffe Zuges, wurde zu erst die weitere Vorgehensweise besprochen und danach alle n\u00f6tigen Ma\u00dfnahmen aufgebaut um die sich noch in den Beh\u00e4ltern befindliche Salpeters\u00e4ure umzupumpen. Dazu wurden zwei Atemschutztrupp mit Chemikalienschutzanz\u00fcgen ausger\u00fcstet und ein Dekonatminationsplatz aufgebaut. In weiterer Folge wurde vom Gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffe Fahrzeug der BF Linz eine Pumpe zum Umpumpen des Mediums vorbereitet. Nachdem die beiden Trupps die S\u00e4ure umgepumpt haben, wurden sie von der Mannschaft des Dekoplatze dekontaminiert und ausgezogen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Zuge der \u00dcbung wurde auf folgende Punkte ein besonderes Augenmerk gelegt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Absperren und Einhaltung der n\u00f6tigen Absperrgrenzen<\/li>\n<li>Abdichten von Kanalsch\u00e4chten im Gefahrenbereich<\/li>\n<li>Rasche Menschenrettung aus dem Gefahrenbereich<\/li>\n<li>Richtige Platzeinteilung der ben\u00f6tigen Fahrzeuge<\/li>\n<li>Richtiges Erkennen des Gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffes mittels der Gefahrendatenbank Hommel<\/li>\n<li>Umpumpen des Gef\u00e4hrlichen Stoffes<\/li>\n<li>Dekontamination der Einsatzkr\u00e4fte und der Einsatzger\u00e4te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Im \u00dcbungseinsatz standen die Mitglieder der FF St. Florian, FF Rohrbach, FF Bruck\/Hausleiten, FF Asten, FF Raffelstetten, FF Neuhofen, FF Pucking und der BF Linz ca zwei Stunden lang.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
